Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and skilled All-Around Maintenance Technician to manage the upkeep of our residential and restaurant properties. In this role, you will handle everything from structural carpentry and masonry repairs to minor electrical, plumbing, and regular grounds maintenance. You will ensure that guest-facing restaurant areas and tenant residential spaces remain safe, functional, and highly presentable.
Key Responsibilities
• Carpentry & Woodwork: Repair restaurant furniture, residential cabinetry, doors, window frames, trim, and structural framing.
• Masonry & Tile: Fix cracked walkways, patch concrete patios, grout restaurant kitchen tiles, and repair exterior brick or stone walls.
• Basic Electrical: Replace light fixtures, bulbs, ballast, outlets, switches, and troubleshoot minor restaurant or residential electrical issues.
• Minor Plumbing: Clear drain clogs, fix leaking faucets, repair toilets, and maintain water fixtures in restaurant kitchens and residential bathrooms.
• Grounds Maintenance: Mow lawns, trim bushes, clear debris from outdoor dining or parking areas, and manage seasonal outdoor cleanup.
• Routine Inspections: Walk properties regularly to identify safety hazards, wear-and-tear, or preventative maintenance needs.
